Heart of Hollister Care Home is a fully licensed residential senior care facility, we are uniquely qualified to provide seniors aged 60 and over with the safe environment and the services and care that they need to thrive well into their golden years. Licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division as a Residential Care Facility.
Our mission is to provide elderly people with a stepping stone between full independent living and more intense intervention and support. We strive to accommodate the specific and ever-changing needs and preferences of individual residents while fostering wellness, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Together, residents, family members, our administrator, the resident’s physicians and our caregivers work as a team to ensure that individualized and appropriate care is provided to each senior.
Heart of Hollister is staffed 24/7/365 by experienced caregivers who are trained to provide individual care, recognition and attention to all residents.
Diane has many years of experience caring for others. She’s had the privilege of caregiving for developmentally disabled children, caring for clients at home recovering from illness or surgery, and serving our elderly clients in the community. Sometimes, the goal was assisting her elderly clients in their quest for reclaiming their independence after an illness, and other times she was honored with sharing the last days of their lives with them and their family through hospice care.
Diane has a strong background in customer care and a talent for managing our teams to successfully achieve our goal of excellent caregiving service and compliance with all State Regulations. Diane is certified by the State of California DSS Community Care Licensing Division as an RCFE Administrator. She understands the responsibility Heart of Hollister has to provide the best-in-class care to your loved one. Heart of Hollister’s goal is to delight our customers and their families. Ron learned about his passion for caring for others when he answered the call to care for a family member in need. Discussions started about opening a care home to serve those in need. An opportunity happened when his wife, Diane Vasquez, changed roles and relocated to the Central Coast. Ron started working as a caregiver in local care homes in 2017. He obtained his State of California DSS Community Care Licensing Division administrator’s certification in 2017. Educational achievements- Graduated AS computer aided drafting and design, and a BS degree in industrial design.
